AGREEMENTS

1. The Landlord shall be under no obligation to process this Application until such time as Landlord received acceptable credit report. If accepted and lease is executed, the deposit specified above will be credited on account of the security deposit. If declined, the deposit will be returned to the Applicant.

2. At the time of delivery of the apartment keys, applicant shall pay Landlord as Tenant's contribution to the expense fro processing the documentation with respect to this transaction. Such payment shall not be deemed a deposit, nor shall be refundable to the Tenant under any circumstances.

3. Application is subject to standard form one (1) year to lease; to be executed on or before .

4. Applicant will not park any type of trailer, boat, motor home, motorcycle, or recreational vehicle on the premises, without Landlord's written approval. 5. In the event of cancellation by Applicant after seven (7) days, the amount deposited to date is forfeited. 6. The security deposit is not your last month's rent. 7. Applicant represents to Landlord that information recited in and furnished with this Applicant is accurate and that the Landlord expressly relying upon same. Further, Applicant authorizes Landlord and its agents to conduct whatever credit checks and other investigations concerning Applicant and spouse (if applicable) as Landlord deems appropriate. 8. No tenancy shall be created by the Applicant until a Lease is duly executed by Landlord and Applicant.

NO ORAL STATEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES HEREIN OR BETWEEN THE APPLICANT AND LANDLORD'S EMPLOYEES SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES, UNLESS REDUCED TO WRITING HEREIN AND EXECUTED BY LANDLORDS REPRESENTATIVE.

LANDLORD STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT THE TENANT PURCHASE RENTER'S INSURANCE POLICY TO PROTECT PERSONAL POSSESSIONS FROM THEFT, DAMAGE, OR LOSS AND TO COVER HIS/HER LIABILITY.

 
Landlord has informed Tenant and Tenant acknowledges notwithstanding any provisions contained in the Lease Agreement executed between the parties this date for Apartment of Associates of 555 Apartments that the subject premises are currently occupied by a tenant in possession and Tenant's right to possession shall be conditioned upon the premises being vacated by said existing tenant and possession being restored to the landlord. If by reason of the foregoing possession of said premises to the undersigned is delayed, the term shall commence five (5) days from the date of mailing of notice by Landlord to the undersigned and the term of said Lease shall for all intents and purpose commence five (5) days from the mailing of said notice and Landlord shall under no circumstances be responsible nor liable for any delay in delivery of possession of said premises to the undersigned.
COMMENTS

When your apartment is ready, the rent paid, and the lease signed, your keys may be picked up during business hours, a few days prior to your actual move-in-date, but you ma not move in until actual move-in-date.
